Update 6.5 is the September 2026 Rise Piece patch that introduced Boss Island, two major spec/sword unlocks, a teleport system, and a permanent stat upgrade track. The prior patch was Update 6 (level cap bump, Cosmic Garou follow-up codes). Update 6.5 follows that with content that players can actually work toward rather than just a number change.
What shipped in Update 6.5
The September 2026 patch added:
- Boss Island — new hub island with two boss summon arenas
- Excalibur — sword unlock via Excalibur Boss (1 key) and NPC exchange
- Homelander — spec unlock via Homelander Boss (5 keys) and NPC exchange
- Goro Fruit — new Devil Fruit in the plaza gacha
- Teleport system — direct travel between major islands
- Boss Upgrades — permanent Melee, Defense, Sword, Special, Luck increases from Boss Shards
No level cap change was listed for this patch. The cap remains 210,000 from Update 6. The Roblox title still shows [ Update 6.5 ] as of early September 2026.
Boss Island
Boss Island is the new content hub. It holds two NPCs:
- Excalibur NPC — exchanges materials for the Excalibur sword
- Homelander NPC — exchanges materials for the Homelander spec
Players summon the respective boss using Boss Keys, then farm drops until they have everything the NPC wants. Full steps for each unlock are on the how to get Excalibur and how to get Homelander pages.
Boss Keys drop from powerful bosses across all islands. There is no single confirmed farm location.
Excalibur sword
Excalibur is the S-tier-compatible sword from this patch. Requirements:
- 3,500,000 Zeni
- 2,500 Gems
- 10 Mana Crystals
- Excalibur Sword (boss drop)
- Bearer of Excalibur Title (boss drop)

Homelander spec
Homelander is the Special-stat spec from this patch. Requirements:
- 15,000,000 Zeni
- 10,000 Gems
- Compound V (crafted, 67% success with pity)
- Homelander Cape (boss drop)
- Homelander Head (boss drop)
- 15 VA Emblems (boss drop)
- I am the best Title (boss drop)

Goro Fruit
The new Devil Fruit from this patch. It appears in the standard plaza gacha alongside Bomb, Flame, and Light. Goro Fruit is Special-stat focused. Full notes are on the Goro Fruit guide.
Teleport system
The update adds a menu-based teleport that lets players travel directly between major islands without running or sailing. This is especially useful for Boss Island farming because it reduces travel time between:
- Starter Island (for the Craft NPC and early shopping)
- Boss Island (for Excalibur and Homelander)
- Other farming islands (for Boss Key sources)
If the teleport option does not appear, fully relaunch the Roblox experience to load the latest client.
Boss Upgrades
Spending Boss Shards from Excalibur and Homelander Boss fights permanently increases:
- Melee
- Defense
- Sword
- Special
- Luck
Upgrades are account-wide. This creates a progression loop: farm bosses → earn shards → upgrade stats → farm bosses faster.
